What a LONG day it was.....they never ended up starting until 4:30, miscommunication between surgeon and nurse, he said move her surgery, he meant earlier, she thought later and then there ended up being an emergency in between. We sat waiting with a starving, tired little peanut for 5 hours. Surgery went very well, it was almost 3 hours and by the time she was in recoverery and then up to her room and settled it was 11pm, YIKES! She was/is in alot of pain, so she is getting morphine for that so she can rest. So we will be there at least until Monday I guess.
Thanks for thinking of us.....back to the hospital to relieve Daddy.

Many prayers being said and many candles being lit for sweet Lauren. She has gone through so much for her 3 years. Prayers also to the rest of the family to bear up under the stress.
