What's Happening....

Well the surgeon saw Lauren this past Friday and wants to do surgery to correct her bowel malrotation and put in a g-tube (feeding tube) but not do the fundoplication. He thinks that if we did the fundo it would make her feeding issues worse (if that's possible), Aaron and I agreed and were relieved to hear his concerns against it. So before we proceed with the surgery he wants Lauren to do a swallow study w/barium, to see how she tolerates different textures before we do any surgery. This will be done on July 8 and then we return to meet with the surgeon on the 10th. So we continue to wait....oh and she still has not gained any weight since Nov of last year!

On a happier note....Taylor graduated from pre-school last Thursday.

On Saturday we attended Lauren's graduation from the Jr. Blind Foundation Infant Program, we had lots of fun eating pizza, playing badminton, spraying each other with water, playing on the playground and lots of other activities.
